Functional Fitness

Functional Fitness is all about mobility. What types of exercises support your daily lifestyle and what types of exercises will your body currently allow you to perform? Dr. Cliff wants to help you find a routine that works for your current health status but also seeks to improve your current mobility status to improve longevity.

Ask yourself: 

-Are you able to touch your toes? 

-Are you able to move your hips, shoulders, knees or elbows through their full range of motion? 

-Can you get down to or off of the floor without needing assistance? 

-Are you able to perform a squat without your knees caving in? 

-Do you perform any type of physical activity and find yourself out of breath quickly? 

-Do perform ample amounts of cardio and struggle to lose weight?
